respond via email within 24hrs (typically 1 - 3 hrs). All of
our services have a clear pricing structure, there are no
hidden charges, banners, advertisements, expensive administration
costs or costly extras and no transfer fees to us or from
us.
Our aim is to continue to keep our services affordable and
continually invest in greater features and improvements in
the future whilst still maintaining a fast effective response
time for all customers.

control panel system or even the impressive up-time. It's when things
go wrong that your web host shows its true colours...
The technical support is second to none. Not only is tech advice fast

I came by Name2Net via another client about 6 years ago who was already
hosted with them and needed some support which was over and above the
expectations of a web hosting company. Their help was so fantastic that I went
on to buy other domain names and take all my web hosting with them. I always
recommend them to other people and have converted at least 7 other companies
to them for web hosting and all have reported back to me on how wonderful their
service is.
Their response time and thoroughness in reply for support is
second to none and often the problems that have arisen have had nothing
whatsoever to do with the web hosting service they provide, but have been
internal coding errors, yet still they have gone out of their way to
identify the problem and help me when it wasn't their problem to solve. I
cannot recommend Name2Net enough and no I'm not on commission!!
