| Once the domain name transfer has been initiated the admin and owner contact email addresses of the domain name are emailed for confirmation. (It is therefore important that these email addresses are up to date)
If both emails are acknowledged the request is sent immediately to the registry it can then take 3-5 days.
If only one email is acknowledged the request is sent to the registry after 5 days as long as there is no objection from the other email contact.
Once the domain name transfer request is submitted to the registry it can take approximately another 5-6 days for the process to be completed whether the domain name transfer is successful or not.
