Domain Name Transfer
Domain name transfers with Name2net couldn't be easier.
Simply purchase any of our web hosting packages or our web and email forwarding service and once your domain name has been fully transferred to us we will automatically add 1 year to the registration of your domain name for free.
For example if your domain name currently expires on 14 October 2010 we would add 1 years registration so that the new expiry date would be 14 October 2011.
Rest assured free means free there are no admin or registrar fees. Although we do not charge a domain name transfer in or out fee you may need to check with your current web host to see if they charge a transfer out fee.
.uk domain names
Unfortunately, due to their nature this offer does not apply to .uk domain names. However, you can still transfer free of charge to us and benefit from low cost web hosting or from our web and email forwarding service.
Web and Email Forwarding
If you require to use our web and email forwarding service instead of the web hosting service then this is available at a cost of £10 per year. You would only pay for the web and email forwarding service until the domain name was due for renewal (if the domain name is fully transferred to us) then it would be included for free in any future domain name renewal price.
If your domain name is due for renewal in the near future please email accounts@name2net.co.uk as you may not need to pay the £10 per year as this would be covered in our domain name renewal fee.
If it is not possible or you do not require to fully transfer your domain name at this time don't worry you can still use either our web and email forwarding service or our web hosting service with your existing domain name.
Simply change the nameservers for the domain name.
